- Fabric: Lotus Stem Fiber from Myanmar, woven in Himachal Pradesh, India. Un-dyed, natural finish.
- Button: Made from Coconut Shell.
- Dye: 100% plant-based.
- Stitching Thread: GOTS Certified 100% Cotton.
- Packaging: Recycled denim/canvas bags.
- Tag: Waste lotus fabric with walnut dye logo.
- End of Life: Compostable after repair and reuse.
- Fusing: None used.
- Production: Small batch handloom, vegetable dyes. Minor weave and dye imperfections expected.
Washing Instructions:
- Use cold water, turn item inside out.
- Apply a few drops of high-quality liquid detergent.
- Gently agitate for 3-5 minutes.
- Rinse with cold water until detergent is removed.
- Avoid chlorine bleach.
- Absorb excess water with a towel, don’t twist.
- Dry in the shade, avoid direct sunlight and tumble drying.
- Check for colorfastness.
Plant-Dyed Fabric Care:
- Wash only when necessary, use short program at 40°C.
- Don’t let wet clothes sit; dry in the shade.
- Use gentle, pH-neutral detergent.
