This product is made to order using sustainable lotus stem fiber, with natural materials and eco-conscious processes.
- Made to order.
- Fabric: Lotus stem fiber sourced from Myanmar.
- Fabric woven in handlooms of Himachal Pradesh, India.
- Un-dyed fabric, natural and unprocessed.
- Buttons made from coconut shell.
- Dyes are 100% plant-based.
- Stitching thread: GOTS-certified cotton.
- Packaging: Made from waste denim and canvas.
- Tag: Made from waste lotus fabric, logo stamped with walnut dye.
- End of life: Compostable at home or commercially.
- No fusing used (adhesive materials not sustainable).
- Small batch handloom production.
- Minor discrepancies in weave and dye are natural.
Washing Instructions:
- Use cold water and liquid detergent.
- Submerge garment for 3 minutes.
- Gently agitate for 3-5 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly under cold water.
- Avoid chlorine bleach.
- Absorb excess water with a towel, do not wring.
- Dry in shade, avoid direct sunlight.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Test for colorfastness before washing.
Care for Plant-Dyed Fabric:
- Wash only when needed at 40°C (short program).
- Air clothes outside in the shade.
- Do not leave wet clothes sitting.
- Always dry in the shade to avoid fading.
- Use a gentle, pH-neutral detergent.
