Returns and refunds


Each Vendor has their own return, refund and exchange policy which is listed on the Wild Fabrik Portal in the Vendor’s store which should be reviewed by the Customer prior to ordering the item. Customers should refer to the Vendor’s policy if they wish to submit a return, refund or exchange and item. The request can be directly submitted through the Wild Fabrik portal for the Vendor to process.

Refunds will only be processed through the Customer’s original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Returns, if applicable will only be accepted within 15 days of receipt, if their delivery packaging has not been opened and if the products are damaged or an incorrect  product  has been shipped at the fault of the vendor. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund the payment where applicable. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase or alternatively to the Customer’s Original Payment Method if requested. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

The value of any shipping costs paid, including import tax will not be refunded.

Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of the order placement, refunds if applicable will be processed as mentioned above. If a vendor has a no cancellation or no refund policy it will be clearly mentioned on the product page and upon checkout.
